Delivery Policy |

a) Delivery within Singapore only.
b) We do not deliver to restricted areas such as: PSA Ports / Army Camps / Airport / Jurong Island.
c) $50 charge for delivery after 11pm ( on special request).
d) Delivery Schedule:
- Order submission from 9am to 5pm (daily), will be
delivered on the same day (3 to 6 hours from successful
payment).
- Order submission from 6pm to 9pm (daily), will be
delivered on the next day (9am to 3pm upon successful payment).
- We will try to accomodate delivery at exact timing as far as possible.
e) You may fax your order @ 62552909 on C.O.D- Cash On Delivery ( one day in advance ).
f) We reserve the right to verify and check the authenticity of any orders should we suspect any potential fraudulent credit card
payment. Hence, information given by the sender must be genuine and the phone numbers must be contactable. We will not hold
any responsible for the delivery of the purchased item(s) should information given by the sender is invalid. We will report all
alleged fraudulent cases to the POLICE.
g) All prices listed are in Singapore dollar (SGD) & with 7% GST.
h) All our prices are nett.
i) Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. A closest substitute of similar value will be used when an item is
not available.
j) We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of e-order. A
message will be sent to the customer for further option if items ordered are not available.
k) Please place your order in details to avoid unnecessary delay.
l) "Goods Sold are not Refundable" , please kindly confirm your order and submission before the delivery.
