Please be aware that sometimes as a result of normal wear and tear of the transportation process, rose buds may break off. REFUNDS FOR LARGE ORDERS

In order to avoid getting sued over loss of business for receiving the roses late, I would like you to please post the following statement in our terms and conditions page - ideally as soon as since we are delayed on 5 orders from yesterday.

If the product comes damaged for reasons other than shipping such as: petal, stem or foliage disease, please contact a ALOYSIUS FLORIST & GIFTS representative with any claim (including digital photos to sales@aloysiusflorist.com.sg within 24 hours of receipt of product. Roses are a perishable good, so NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE! ALOYSIUS FLORIST & GIFTS does not offer discounts if rose buds are damaged due to shipping.

In the case where the number of roses received is less than what you ordered, please contact a ALOYSIUS FLORIST & GIFTS representative to place your claim no later than 24 hours after the product is received. ALOYSIUS FLORIST & GIFTS will issue a refund for the value of the missing stems.
